Cookery Club – Week Four

Week Four in Cookery Club was a very popular week as it was Goujon Week! We sliced our chicken breasts into nice thick goujons first. Then we used Ms. Fahey’s ‘wet hand,’ ‘dry hand,’ teachnique to coat them in egg and breadcrumbs. They smelled so yummy while they were cooking. Luckily we go to taste them before we went home!
