STEAM
In Scoil Chlochair Mhuire we believe in embracing a technological revolution that is transforming the way we learn and the way we work. The foundations for STEAM education begin in early childhood. From the earliest years through their play experiences and family environment, children engage with the world in ways that can promote learning related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.
Sports
Physical Education is a fundamental part of school life in Scoil Chlochair Mhuire. Participation in sports is vital for children as it decreases stress levels and enhances mood. Children will benefit from increased fitness levels, opportunities to build social and cooperation skills, as well as boosting self-confidence . We work closely with Cork Sports' Partnership who help us access the physical education curriculum and provide the children with a wide variety of sports during the school year.
